Fareham Borough Council, as part of their preparation for a new Local Plan, are undertaking a new Call for Sites exercise. Fareham Borough Council have advised that previously submitted sites (or indeed any new sites) will need to be resubmitted to the Council and previous submissions will not automatically be carried forward. Giles Moir, Director at Chapman Lily Planning, commented “submitting a site in response to a Council’s call for sites is an important first step in promoting your land, or land you have an interest in, through the Local Plan process. We would encourage anybody with an interest in a potential development site to respond to the Council’s call for site”.
