We are delighted to share the news of two exciting appointments in recent months to the Chapman Lily Planning team. Clare Spiller joined us in our Dorset office in March whilst Andy England joined the team in May, to head up a satellite office in Cornwall.
Clare joins us with over 20 years public sector experience having gained considerable experience most recently at Borough of Poole (now BCP Council) working on a number of major applications including town centre regeneration projects. Clare will be a valuable member of the growing team.

Andy is a Chartered Town Planner and qualified urban designer with over 30 years’ experience. He is a former regional Chairman of the Royal Town Planning Institute and has worked for a number of Councils including Cornwall, Bournemouth & Torbay.
