We are delighted to announce that Steve Tapscott will join Chapman Lily as a Senior Planner. Steve joins the existing Chapman Lily team of Brett Spiller, Matt Holmes, Giles Moir, Sylvia Leonard and Gill Jackson as the practice continues to grow.
Steve joins Chapman Lily from Purbeck District Council where he worked as Senior Planning Officer in Planning Policy. Steve has been a lead officer on the Local Plan Review, specialising in bringing forward strategic sites. Prior to this, Steve worked in the Council’s Development Management team for several years.
On joining the growing team at Chapman Lily, Steve said ‘I am very excited to be able to bring my expertise to the team as it continues to grow. I look forward to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead’.
