We are delighted to have secured planning permission for 18 new dwellings on an allocated Neighbourhood Plan site in Cerne Abbas. We were fortunate to be working with an experienced client and talented project team including Williams Lester Architects. The revised application benefitted from the input of officers at Dorset Council, albeit was caught by nutrient neutrality, requiring patience from all parties. With the moratorium on additional homes in the Poole Harbour catchment lifted the decision was issued! We look forward to seeing this attractive scheme built out and the local community’s ambitions for the site fulfilled.
