Hart District Council, as part of the preparation of their new Local Plan, are undertaking a call for sites – the consultation/ timeframe for making a submission running until 10th October. The Council are requesting suggestions for sites that maybe suitable for development across a range of uses (including residential, employment and green infrastructure).
Giles Moir, Director at Chapman Lily Planning, commented “the call for sites process presents an opportunity for land owners and developers to identify their sites for development and promote the sites to the Council, the increased housing numbers the Council are under significant pressure to identify future housing sites and the call for sites process is the first step in hopefully securing an allocation through the Local Plan review”.
If you have a site within Hart District Council which you feel has development potential and would be interested in promoting the site through the call for sites process, please contact Chapman Lily Planning.
