We are delighted to announce that Giles Moir has joined Chapman Lily as a Director. Giles joins the existing Chapman Lily Team of Brett Spiller and Matt Holmes as the practice continues to grow. Giles joins Chapman Lily from a senior managerial role in Local Authority where he worked collaboratively with applicants and agents to successfully deliver a range of developments.
