Chapman Lily Planning are delighted to of supported a local business through securing consent for alterations to a takeaway kiosk at Lulworth Cove. The approval followed pragmatic discussions with officers at Dorset Council with the applicant working proactively to respond to initial concerns regarding perceived harm to the Conservation Area. Amended plans were submitted and the scheme supported by the Council.
