As reported in the Daily Echo – link below, Chapman Lily Planning (not L Planning!) are proud to be working on the proposals to convert Barclays House in Poole. Barclays House is an iconic building and the proposed renovation will provide 362 new homes in a highly sustainable location.

The proposals include the provision of a range of amenities for future residents including flexible workspace, a communal gym with external amenities including private roof terraces, a communal roof garden, and ground floor gardens and play space.
Having engaged in detailed pre-application discussions with the Council via a Planning Performance Agreement we hope to make good process with the planning application with a decision being made in early 2024.
