At our recent forum on the 22nd of April, that was attended by Michael Tomlinson MP, concerns were raised regarding the approach taken by Local Authorities in engaging in pre-application enquiries and the timeframes for responses to these enquiries. We understand that Michael Tomlinson has written to the Local Planning Authorities on this matter and asking how the process can be improved. We will keep you updated on the results of this contact.
