South Downs National Park Authority is currently updating their Local Plan. As part of this work, the Local Planning Authority is inviting individuals, landowners and developers to put forward sites for potential development. The process will run until 28 September 2022.
Commenting on this announcement, Andy England, Associate Director at Chapman Lily Planning, said that “this is a crucial opportunity for landowners and developers to introduce their potential sites to the National Park Authority. The National Park Authority is looking for sites for a range of uses, including housing, economic development, renewable energy, gypsy & traveller, and travelling showpeople sites, and biodiversity net gain and nutrient offsetting sites.”
