Dorset Council has published an update on the annual housing land supply for north Dorset which shows a 5.17-year supply.
Brett Spiller, Director at Chapman Lily Planning commented ‘Whether the purported supply stands up to scrutiny remains to be seen. Notwithstanding this, North Dorset only scored 69% on the Housing Delivery Test meaning that the presumption in favour of sustainable development remains.’
