Chichester District Council has announced that it is expecting to submit its emerging Local Plan in early 2024 whereby the plan will be examined by an independent planning inspector chosen by the government. This follows on from the regulation 19 consultation carried out earlier this year which provided an opportunity to comment on the draft local plan.
