Working with ARC Architecture, Luke Mills, Matt Twinberrow and Richard Nicholson Chapman Lily Planning Ltd were pleased to secure a unanimous approval at yesterday’s meeting of Dorset’s Northern Area Planning Committee for a residential scheme in Stalbridge that will deliver much needed family housing together with public open space in a sustainable location. The development also provides improved access and parking facilities for the adjacent allotments. We look forward to this scheme being built out!
